Mojay Semiconductor’s general-purpose sensor output driver IC features an ultra-miniature package and is compatible with a variety of front-end circuits. Equipped with integrated driving capability, the IC embeds overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature protection, with ESD protection, EFT burst immunity and voltage surge protection for outstanding reliability.
It is applied to inductive proximity switches, photoelectric proximity switches, safety light curtains, magnetic proximity switches, temperature sensors, displacement sensors and encoder output driving.
