Mojay Semiconductor (Mojay) develops all-in-one integrated ICs dedicated to slotted photoelectric switches. Integrating signal detection, logic control and drive circuits, the chip greatly simplifies the peripheral circuit design of U-slot photoelectric sensors, making it highly suitable for the development of ultra-miniature sensor products.

The chip incorporates complementary dual-channel NPN and PNP transistors for high-current drive output. Users can freely select normally open or normally closed output modes to meet diverse sensor control requirements. The overall solution requires very few external components, effectively streamlining the BOM list and cutting total system material costs. It also reduces solder points and improves the long-term operational reliability of finished sensors.

Tailored for slotted photoelectric sensor applications, the chip mainly fulfills three core detection functions: position limiting, position detection and speed detection.
