M7102 is a multi-function interface transceiver IC. It can be used for Hall sensing proximity switches and also serves as a switch driver for PLC or MCU I/O interfaces. The IC automatically identifies the type of external load and intelligently switches between high-side output and low-side output modes.
Built-in multiple protection mechanisms: thermal shutdown protection, input overvoltage protection, output load short-circuit protection and current limiting protection. It supports flashing LED indication upon overcurrent events to realize visual fault alert, improving system stability.
