The M7103 is a compact NPN output driver IC with an ultra-small package, compatible with a variety of front-end circuits. The IC integrates driving capability and comes with basic protection functions including overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and over-temperature protection. It also supports ESD protection, EFT immunity and surge voltage protection. With excellent reliability, it is suitable for applications with requirements on size and noise immunity.
