The M7104 is a compact PNP output driver IC in an ultra-small package, compatible with a variety of front-end circuits.
The IC integrates driving capability and is equipped with multiple protections including overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and over-temperature protection. It also supports ESD protection, EFT immunity and surge voltage protection. Featuring strong anti-interference performance and high reliability, it is suitable for industrial applications with strict requirements on PCB footprint and noise immunity.
