M8301S is an IC designed for slotted photoelectric sensor switches. It integrates signal detection, logic control and driver circuits. Two complementary N-channel transistors with high-current drive output are embedded on-chip, supporting selection between normally open and normally closed applications. It requires very few external components, greatly reduces system cost and delivers superior reliability, making it ideal for ultra-compact sensor designs.
It offers comprehensive protection and anti-interference performance, with built-in over-temperature protection, load short-circuit protection and load overcurrent protection. Its electromagnetic interference immunity significantly suppresses EMI effects to ensure stable and reliable sensor operation under harsh application conditions. Available in DFN8-3×3×0.75 package.
