M8302S is an IC designed for slotted photoelectric switches. It integrates signal detection, logic control and driver circuits. Two complementary P-channel MOSFETs for high-current drive output are built-in, supporting selection between normally open and normally closed applications. It requires very few external components, greatly reducing system cost and delivering superior reliability, making it ideal for ultra-compact sensor designs.
It features comprehensive protection and anti-interference performance. Built-in protections include thermal shutdown, load short-circuit protection and load overcurrent protection. Its anti-interference capability effectively mitigates electromagnetic interference to ensure stable and reliable sensor operation under harsh application environments. The device is available in DFN8-3×3×0.75 package.
