M8303 is a dedicated IC for slotted photoelectric switches. It integrates signal detection, logic control and driver circuits. Built-in dual complementary NMOS transistors provide high-current drive output, supporting flexible selection of normally open or normally closed output modes. It requires few external components to effectively reduce system cost and offers excellent reliability, making it well-suited for ultra-compact sensor designs.
The IC is equipped with comprehensive protection and anti-interference capability. It integrates thermal shutdown protection, load short-circuit protection and load overcurrent protection. Built-in intelligent anti-interference digital circuits effectively suppress electromagnetic interference to ensure stable sensor operation under harsh working conditions. The device adopts DFN8-3×3×0.75 package.
